From meticulous surface preparation through the final coat — professional interior residential painting for Jacksonville-area homes using Benjamin Moore's premium product line. Clean work, flawless results, respectful of your home and your time.
What We Do
Whether you're refreshing a single room, repainting your entire home, or undertaking a renovation — we bring the same level of preparation, care, and Benjamin Moore quality to every project.
Full interior repaints, single-room refreshes, and new construction finishing. We patch and skim coat damaged drywall, sand properly, prime bare and repaired surfaces, and apply two full coats of the specified Benjamin Moore finish for a truly flawless result.
Interior trim — baseboards, door casings, crown molding, window stools — is where painting quality is most visible up close. We sand all trim to a smooth, uniform surface before applying Benjamin Moore's alkyd-modified trim products for a hard, washable, furniture-quality finish.
Kitchen and bathroom cabinet painting is one of the highest-value interior updates available — at a fraction of the cost of replacement. We remove all doors and hardware, thoroughly clean, sand, and prime all surfaces, then apply Benjamin Moore Advance for a factory-smooth, durable finish that holds up to daily use.
A single well-executed accent wall can transform a room. We help you identify the right wall, color, and finish — then deliver clean, precise edges and consistent color across the surface. We also execute board and batten, shiplap painting, color blocking, and two-tone wall treatments.
A complete interior repaint is one of the most transformative things you can do for a home before selling or after moving in. We coordinate room by room to minimize disruption to your household, protect all furniture and flooring, and deliver consistent results throughout every space.
Nail pops, settling cracks, water stains, doorknob holes, and rough patches are all addressed before paint goes on. We skim coat, sand, and prime repaired areas so they disappear under the new paint — not become more visible. Proper drywall prep is what separates a professional result from a DIY-looking one.
Northeast Florida's Unique Environment
Coastal-Specific Approach
Inland painting practices don't account for the unique conditions of Northeast Florida's coastal environment. Our product selection, surface prep, and application approach are specifically tuned for the challenges your home faces.
Our Product Standard
Benjamin Moore's interior products are formulated for washability, color depth, and durability that cheaper paints can't match. We specify the right product and finish for every surface and room in your home.
Benjamin Moore's flagship interior product. Color Lock technology delivers exceptional color accuracy and depth, with outstanding scrubbability — maintaining its appearance through years of cleaning. Our recommended product for living areas, bedrooms, and dining rooms where color is the statement.
Engineered specifically for high-humidity rooms, Aura Bath & Spa is mold and mildew resistant, moisture-tolerant, and maintains its sheen in steam-heavy environments. Our standard specification for all bathrooms in Jacksonville-area homes — never a budget substitute in wet spaces.
Kitchen and high-traffic hallway walls take more abuse than any other interior surface. Benjamin Moore's Scuff-X technology resists scuffs, marks, and stains — and when marks do happen, they clean off without leaving a dull halo. Our choice for kitchens, halls, mudrooms, and kids' rooms.
Advance is the product that makes professional cabinet repaints look factory-finished. It levels exceptionally well, dries to a hard, durable film, and is the right product for any surface that needs to withstand daily contact: cabinet doors, interior doors, trim, and built-ins.
Benjamin Moore ceiling paint is formulated to minimize spatter during application and produce a completely flat, light-diffusing finish that hides surface imperfections. It also dries fast enough for second-coat same-day application — keeping your project on schedule.
Bare drywall, repaired patches, water stains, smoke damage, and tannin-bleeding wood all require the right primer before topcoat. We use Benjamin Moore's Fresh Start for most surfaces and shellac-based BIN for stubborn stains — ensuring they never bleed through your new paint.
How We Work
A professional interior paint job is 60% preparation. Here's every step we take from initial estimate through final walkthrough — protecting your home, your furniture, and your time at every stage.
We walk every room you want painted before a single price is quoted. We assess wall and ceiling condition, examine trim and millwork, identify any drywall damage, water staining, or problem areas that need remediation. You receive a clear, written, itemized estimate — specific to your home, not a generic per-room rate.
We move all furniture to the center of each room and cover it completely with drop cloths. All flooring — hardwood, tile, carpet — is covered with protective canvas drop cloths before any work begins. Outlets, switches, light fixtures, and hardware are masked. We treat your home as if it were our own.
All nail pops, cracks, holes, and surface damage are filled, skim coated, and sanded before paint goes on. Water stains and smoke damage are treated with stain-blocking primer so they won't bleed through the new paint. We take the time to get every surface smooth — because paint reveals every imperfection it covers.
Interior surfaces are wiped down to remove dust, grease, and any coastal salt film that would compromise adhesion. All gaps between trim and walls, along baseboards, and at ceiling-to-wall transitions are caulked with a flexible paintable caulk — creating the clean, seamless lines that define a professional finish.
Every repaired patch, bare drywall area, stain-blocked surface, and difficult substrate receives a full coat of the appropriate Benjamin Moore primer before topcoat application. Properly primed surfaces mean uniform sheen, better color coverage, and a topcoat that reaches its full rated durability.
We cut in all edges, corners, and trim lines by brush first, then back-roll each wall for consistent texture and sheen across the entire surface — eliminating the lap marks and sheen variation that come from cutting in and rolling on separate visits. Two full coats of the specified Benjamin Moore product on all surfaces.
Before the job is done, we remove all masking, reinstall all hardware and outlet covers, move furniture back, and clean up completely. We then walk every room with you — looking at every wall in proper light — and take care of any touch-ups on the spot before we consider the project complete.
Color Made Simple
Choosing interior colors is often the most stressful part of a paint project. We help take the guesswork out — with specific guidance on colors that work for Florida's light, coastal interiors, and your home's architectural character.
Northeast Florida's bright, warm light reads colors differently than Northern interiors. Colors that look calm in a showroom can look harsh on your walls. We help you understand how natural light, orientation, and the Gulf Coast palette affect color perception in your specific rooms.
Coastal interiors work best with colors that connect to the surrounding environment — soft whites, warm creams, sea greens, driftwood grays, and sandy neutrals. We're fluent in Benjamin Moore's coastal palette and can guide you toward colors that feel like they belong in a Jacksonville-area home.
A well-designed whole-home color palette flows naturally from room to room — not matching, but harmonizing. We help you build a color story for your home that transitions smoothly through spaces, using Benjamin Moore's color system to ensure everything works together.
We strongly recommend Benjamin Moore's Peel & Stick color samples — large, repositionable swatches you can move around your room and observe at different times of day. We can help you narrow to 2–3 candidates before you commit to a full room, eliminating expensive color mistakes.
If you're painting to sell, color choice matters enormously. We know which neutral palettes photograph best, appeal to the broadest buyers, and maximize the return on your paint investment. Benjamin Moore's popular staging neutrals are some of the most effective real estate tools available.
Some of the most requested Benjamin Moore interior colors we work with: White Dove (OC-17), Chantilly Lace (OC-65), Revere Pewter (HC-172), Sea Salt (2123-40), Pale Oak (OC-20), and Simply White (OC-117) — all beautiful in Northeast Florida homes.
